Terms of sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all sales of products made on the Jana Nayagan Store website (hereinafter "the Site") to consumers. Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs by the customer.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are clothing and accessories. Each product is presented with a description and visuals that are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations (particularly in color or rendering) may occur depending on the screen settings. The designs offered are original works inspired by a cultural and cinematic universe. They do not constitute official merchandise.

Article 3 – Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are specified before the order is finalized. The Site reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price invoiced is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Ordering

The customer selects the products of their choice and validates their order after reviewing the summary. An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the customer at the address provided during the order process. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the Site. Transactions are secured via reliable and recognized payment protocols. No banking information is stored by the Site.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

Estimated Lead Times:

  • Order Processing: 2 to 4 business days

  • Shipping: 5 to 8 business days (Mainland France)

These timeframes are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. The Site cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error attributable to the Site.

Article 8 – Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days via the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the Site is at fault.

Article 9 – Liability

The Site shall not be held liable for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of products. In any event, the Site's liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All elements present on the Site (text, images, visuals, graphics, logos) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 – Personal Data

Personal data collected is necessary for order processing. It is handled in accordance with current regulations and the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

Article 12 – Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
